he plead guilty to statutory sexual assault, by pleading he beat a 5 year mandatory sentence. sex with someone under the age of 16 is statutory sexual assault in the usa, whether she lied or did not lie about her age he admitted to one count of statutory sexual assault, why would you plead guilty if you were not guilty? serving time in a prison in the county,in the usa, granted work release, allowed to leave for 8 - 10 hours a day must return to prison in the evening every night and spend one 24 hour period.

Like I've been saying.... this IS Obie.... He's using false names to pleed his innocence.

as far as i remember i stayed out of that discussion other than to say if someone did it here it would make the local newspapers

i posted some in that discussion, and I can't say that this message has nothing to do with what i read or wrote there (maybe I'm wrong...).
