I'm liking that first verse a lot... I didn't want to tamper with it, but I was just struck by a sudden inspiration, so I changed it a tad. Following is my revised version, but feel free to reject it if you don't like it, its up to you :D

Nope, I can't play a damn thing :D I'm hoping to maybe start taking up drumming one of these days, but I don't think it'll be in the forseeable future, sorry

Walrus! Glad you're back! I hope things are going well for you. Yeah, I like your version a bit better. Have you read the chorus for it yet?
Allmike:Don't give me the manager position in this band, please! I don't think I could do that as well as you can. You've got more influence on the board, since you've been here longer (I think), you've got more posts, and you're older than I am. Plus, you were the one who started this whole thing. Yeah, I went through Living On Hope. I think it needs some work, just to get it to fit together a little better. I'll try and do that over the holidays.

Yeah ok i'll be the manager. So Since Walrus also doesn't know playing any instrument then we need at least 2 more people(drum player and either bass or keyboardist). I know to play guitar a bit but its been around few years since i touch guitar. I also start playing once i move to kuwait and get a job.
Adrian try put all the lyrics which is completed in our email box, that way we know which one is completed. And give me descrption about ad.

You should start taking drums soon. It doesn't matter whether it can be useful to 'DC' or not, if u have grove for it u can learn it in no time. And also Adrian why don't u take up some music class for pion or keyboard, if u have a time for it.
I remember reading about UB40, before they decide to start the band none of them knew how to play any instruments. Now look they turn out to be classic band. :P

My talents lie elsewhere, definitely not in music. I took about 6 months of keyboard a few years back. I sucked big time, plus I don't have the patience to stay with it. My talents lean more towards writing, especially essays and opinion pieces of the political kind.

Tawtami:That's cool that the song may be finished soon. Keep up the good work! Also, what song do you have a tune for? Hands Of Time or Living On Hope? Hands Of Time I envision as having a BOR sound to it. A rock ballad with a real unique electric guitar (Arash, are you still here? :D ) sound to it. I'm hoping to write another verse for Hands Of Time later today, or maybe tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I just remembered. Regarding the advertisement for more band members, just create 3 seperate threads asking if there are any keyboardists, drummers, or bass players that would like to join the band. I guess the only requirement we have at the moment is that they be able to record.

can i make a request please. when people are giving songs/artist as exaMPLES as to how they envisage the songe to sound that they se the full title and not just abbreviations/first letters, as it makes it really hard for me sometime to know what is meant cause i know too many songs to go searching throuhg my brain for the meaning.
