its okay, its weird, cause it really is one of those things that while its less likely, its possible, but i never saw that one coming, at least not for a while, however, ive never been one for giving up, so you got me on board for the forseeable future :)

ill have a look at the stuff on friday evening/saturday as im done with the business of everything then. i may even see if i can start a ballady thing myself.... well, something anyhow... its about time i started writing again i think...

guys, ive put a couple of alteratins to make it fit better cause the second verse was missing a few lines to make it work- but i can put a tune to it which is cool, cause that means it works!!
you'll have to compare with previous post on it though to see what ive added etc cause it aint my pc and dont get free net....
feel free to use them discard them alter them, my only major point was that the second verse was too short really...

oh and i really like the bit at the end and that was the inspired piece of composition for me cause ive wanted something i hear like that for ages and you guys did it perfectly- good job!!!!

That would kind of defeat the purpose of it being a Secret project, wouldn't it? Seriously, its an ongoing thing, we're probably not gonna have it done right away, so your gonna have to be patient :)

I like the final version of Win Or Lose, well done. We'll keep the extra lines, too. :D Didn't you say you have a small recording studio set up somewhere? And didn't you say you had a tune for WOL? If so, could you record some of the song? Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just accoustic guitar, or if you want, vocals too. That'd be cool!

My creation' real band', that is soooooooooooooo cooooooooooooooool. But i have to give credit to Adrian Walrus and also to tawtami.
But don't forget to inform me guys.

if youre talking to me, then yeah i have capability to record.... vox are much easier than acoustic as i havent actually worked out what the chords would be.... ill have a go in the next few days though if my moving house gets confirmed it might get a bit hectic, but it means i get broadband, cos im hopefully moving into the same house as goose!

will have a play tomorrow and see what i can come up with....

however anythign i get down will be not amazing quality as i cant record straight to pc, but it should give a decent idea.... will work on a tab sheet as well if anyone wants it..... should help keep me occupied at any rate!!!

Vox would be cool! If you can get some guitar too, that'd be great, but don't worry about it. This is gonna sound stupid, but I'm not a musician so I'll ask anyway, will the vocals be kind of musical? I mean, will it be like you're kind of singing to yourself, or more reciting them? (Feels stupid already :oops: )

I'm looking for a memorable 3-4 line chorus. Something on the order of Meatloaf's:I would do anything for love/anything you've been dreaming of/but I won't do that. Not identical by any means, but similar in that its catchy and short and repeated often. Anybody got any ideas? Anybody seen Walrus around recently? He seems to be absent on this project. I sent him a PM about a week ago and haven't heard back.
Tawtami:We'll go with your version of that verse. It fits together much better than mine. Glad you got your recording stuff set up, it'll be really cool to hear Win Or Lose. Mind if I download it and burn it?
