erm.... OK

was at a gig once watching a band who were pretty cool. anyways the drink was cheap so everyone was pretty out of it by time the last band finished. they had a keyboard player and he was the last to leave the stage but everyone started a drunken chant of encore so he sat down and played and sang the theme tune from cheers. was pretty cool cos the whole pub started singing.

isn't a bit early to start drinking??

it was at night when it happened but its friday here and its half 2 in the afternoon so that means of course its early enough to be drinking.

I don't drink every week, but when i do, i go out to get totally smashed.

That's how i say it... or in Italian i think it is salut

and in english we don't have an equivalent, but it means good health
