Does anyone know of a website...

where you can type in medical symptoms and get an idea of what might possibly be wrong with you? I know of webmd where you can check different syndromes, but I don't know what syndrome/disease to read about.

I don't know any but I also think using something like this it not a good idea. Sometimes symptoms are symptoms for bad deseases but also for something harmless. When you type your symptoms and for example "cancer" comes up you get into big panic eventhough you only have a cold or something.

I find something like this very dangerous.

I've been seeing doctors for 16 months and, quite frankly, I'm just tired of going. I'm at the point where I feel like I'm stupid for going. I live sick all the time and I don't have any answers. So while it might seem so simple to you as "go to the doctor," I wonder what the point of doing so is.

yeh, us brits have proved that doctors sometimes aren't much cop.

like the little lad who died after seeing 7 doctors who failed to see he had a brain tumour....it's sad

there are a few books out becky, my nana's got one, i'm sure if you have a scout around you'll find something
