question about bacelona

'unfortunaltely"I am a backstagemember, want to be in the pit lol, and I read the announcements about Barcelona. My english isn`t that great but do I understand it right when they say : you have to be on time, that you can`tgo into the pit when you arrive after 7?
I can`t be there before 8 so does that mean I will stand in the back of the stadium?
