Wristbands For Nonmembers

I'd like to ask if it's possible to get the ribbon no matter if you a member or not?

do they give it away if there were no more members.

Or won't i need the ribbon to get in the first pit?

If you mean fan club wristbands, then no, you have to be a member of the ONLY official Bon Jovi fan club Backstage With Jon Bon Jovi to get one of those.

There might be some wristbands given out to the "general admission folks" as well, on a first come first serve basis. But those people won't be able to enter the venues with fan club members, as the "general admission wristbands" will probably be of different colour than the fan club wristbands. And the colours will probably change from concert to concert as well.

There are up to 2.900 spots in the Pit so most of the wristbands for it goes to the generell public. In Munich 2001, where the most fanclub members were and where we got 2 wristbands per membership they gave out 1.300 wristbands for the fanclub. Here you see that the mayority goes to non-fanclub-members. It's just that the members get their wristband in front of the stadium and the non-members get theirs in the stadium at the entrance to the Pit with first come first serve. We only have it more comfortable since we can enter the stadium very relaxed and even can wait until the pushing is over. Or we get an earlier entrance (like in 2001 and this year) where the entry is more easy, too. The non-members have to be very quick to get a wristband and won't get earlier entrance. But there's still a good chance to get into the Pit.

Actually they are the same colour here in OZ, GA people get what ever is left over (which is quite alot) after all FC people get their wrist bands.

Hi,

I have purchased two GOLD CIRCLE STANDING tickets for one of the shows and all this talk about Wristbands has me confused. Bsically what I want to know is:

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I MIGHT NOT BE GRANTED ENTRY TO THE GOLD CIRCLE PIT IF I HAVE A TICKET.

I don't know much about the set up as it is the first time I have gone for those sort of tickets and it was only upon readin this thread that I discovered an estimated number for the gold circle, that being 2,900

Can anyone confirm the above for me.

letitrock 05-22-2003 10:15 PM

if there really are 2900 gold tickets i'd be pretty pissed off. That basically means that even if i did somehow make these concerts i'd be in the equivalent position of being in the very back row of the Manchester Apollo, which is one of, if not, the biggest small theatre in the UK

choclady 05-22-2003 11:00 PM

no, you got it all wrong. the figures sambo chris gave were excluding the uk. i don't think there will be special fanclub arrangements for uk, because you have the thing with the gold standing tickets, which doesn't take place in the rest of europe...
