Official Jovitalk Meetings - London

Hy everybody,

As I remember Late was trying to discuss about this topic a couple of times, but the topic simply died without any result. Its not so much time left till the show, so I think its realy time to arrange Jovitalk meeting after the show. As I understand a lot of JT people are going to Hyde Park. So far from the older posts I was able to make this list:

Others, who are also going and would like to meet should add themselfs to the list. I have some ideas how to arrange after show meeting, but the main problem is that I don't know London that well, so maybe somebody, who knows the London better could offer the place and then we'll try to arrange the details.

So c'mon people. Lets make something to remember about. Waiting for your suggestions about the meeting place.

I'm going to London too...and will probably be hanging around with Taija and Laura, since we're sharing accommodation there. 8)

i'm perfectly happy to meet anyone who for whatever reason wants to meet me... but it's too big to have an organised meeting i think. Plus everyone has different places to go after the show, and will be arriving at different times

There should be a "Dry County Corner" next to the ice cream van outside one of the gates (c'mon, there's gotta be an ice cream van :icecream: )

Yeh, good idea but I don´t know London at all so I really don´t know any place where we could meet. Anu, do you know a suitable place?

Lauri, I have your phone number so I could always just call you, or you could call me and we could just arrange it like that... personally i don't think a group meeting of about 40 people is going to work all at once...

You´re probably right, I mean, where could we all go? 40 is a lot of people.

Ok - this will only work if ppl say what time they r gonna get there.

A few ppl will be getting there at about 3pm the day before, probably earlier. I'll go with the majority since I have to work on the Friday.

So any time on Saturday I can be there - or after 9 on Friday.

I arrive to Heathrow sometime 9am, so I can probably be there at 3pm-5pm.

Well, I just wrote the names who are going. Personaly I realy don't think that all JT people who are going to Hyde Park would like to meet and go somewhere after the show. Some of them maybe will go straight home, others maybe have their own plans. But I think that there are some people who don't have any particular plans after the show (me, for example :D ) and would like to meet some other JT people. Are there anybody else on the board who doesn't have any plans ant thinks that the idea of JT meeting can work?
