Sun Newspaper's Ibrox Review
From Sun newspaper [Scottish edition - page 21] - post originally at backstage in tour section
US rockers Bon Jovi sent 50,000 fans wild at Ibrox with a champion performance. Singer Jon and the band proved they're still the kings of stadium rock with a blistering 2 and a half hour set. Decked out in his trademark leather jacket and jeans, he launched straight into the title track from their new album Bounce. And after that they led fans on a trip down memory lane. They blasted through classics including "Living on a Prayer", "You Give Love a Bad Name" "Blaze of Glory" and "Wanted Dead or Alive". Girls in the crowd went crazy as Jon teased them by strutting his stuff. And guitarist Richie Sambora was met with roars of approval when he asked "How are you doin' so far Glasgow?" The massive crowd went home satisfied that they'd just seen one of the great stadium fillers still at the top of their game. Cheers, S. |

Except that Blaze wasn't played. It was in the audibles but wasn't played. We bought Evening Times and the only songs it mentioned were Older and I got the girl and Older wasn't even played. It was in the setlist so maybe the writer just saw the setlist and picked some songs out of it.
