Has anybody else ordered tickets from this CRAPPY company??
I bought my hyde pk GOLD tickets in november I got 4 different reference numbers from different venues, e.g manchester.
I finally got the correct ref #, with the correct date/show in March/april, they charged me £60 and p+p, as of 7.30 wed 25th June I still dont have a ticket.
Having spent most of the week trying to contact them, i was told last saturday that i will be sent my ticket on monday by spec deliv, and it would be here on tues. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I rang again on tues, was told they were sent at 5pm on the previous evening and that they would be here by wednesday without fail, IT NEVER ARRIVED. Rang again today, was told that someone had gone to a box office in London to get 25 more. but was then told that they couldnt find my booking form, when they asked how much i paid for my ticket, they said I couldn't have got it from them as they were charging £100 for gold standing, except I had my confirmation letter in my hand. He then asked me to fax it to him, which I have, and then he said he would send me ONLY a gen admiss ticket. So up to now I have no ticket after paying near £65 for one, and it looks as if i'll never see the ticket or the money again, as it has been taken out of my account.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Please let me know if you have had any problems with this company before.
