From backstage with love (and blinkers)

Its funny how those on backstage saw the webcast from Toronto -

he webcast was great.
The sound was good.
The picture not so good but good enough.
Blaze of Glory, Bad Medicine and Shout were good choices. The guys looked great as always.
What did you all think of it?

Agree with everything you said!!!

I thought it was wonderful too!

oh well....

What is the reason for your post?

Here we go again. BTW...not eveyone posts there what they think. There were 20 of us in a chatroom off the site that had things to say and we didn't agree with those. Remember, for fans that won't get to see a live show this tour, NONE, that webcast is really great for them. For those of that have seen and will be seeing more shows before the tour ends, well, we are a bit more critical. Will it make you happy to hear a Backstager say she didn't think it was great? Okay. The picture was lousy and I felt a bit cheated with only getting a 3 song encore of staples that are ALWAYS played. Feel better?

Cathy - I love your Bowie suggestion, Wouldn't that be something very cool for Giants?!!! :)

Reason for the post was just to show the difference in opinion between the 2 boards, and that maybe they do see no wrong over there in anything. I am pretty surprised that they all loved it. The best webcast was Shepards Bush, that was great. Id like to see a full concert again, when JB is in good form, which should be very soon, you'd hope.

No, the reason is that YOU need to feel like YOUR opinion is validated. By distancing yourself from the "fanclubbers" who you perceive as fawning all over Bon Jovi and alligning yourselves with the people on this site who you *think* are REAL fans, with real insights and an interest only in the music... YOU feel better about YOU.
Good for you.

They may see no wrong over there, where as over here some people can see no right. Especially where Jon's concerned. I need to find myself a Bon Jovi board that has a happy medium!
