Now that the UK tour is over and most of us can breath a sigh of relief cos we did get our tickets off ticketmaster…..eventually….

We can all laugh now about the whole fiasco, I have decided to alter the lyrics of a BJ song to reflect mood and feelings of the BJ fans towards ticketmaster.

This is no way a reflection of clearchannel or anyone else associated with the tickets, this is more about the people who work on the “customer service” line. Being a team manager for a customer service desk myself, I would not employ any of the people I spoke to.

Again, there are people there I spoke to who were more then helpful so not all of em are tarred with the same brush.

very funny, good post....i wasnt taken a fool by ticketmaster (thankfully) so i cant relate but i heard/read enough about it to make me cringe...

I am sitting at work and most of my staff are on half day, meant to be writing an end of month report but it ain't the end of the month yet so it can wait!!!!!!! writing mad songs instead!!! and speaking to all DC people. Can't think of a better way to spend a friday afternoon!
