Jovitalk - Bon Jovi Fan Community - Yep.....It's another Wembley review!

Hey People!

One word: WOW! This was my first Bon Jovi live show- and now I can't wait for the next! It was awesome all the way through, every song absolutely rocked! Here's my little play-by-play type o' thing-

Livin' On A Prayer: Well, it's my favourite song ever, so what can I say? At the start, everyone except Jon came on stage and played the intro, but then Jon started singing, and I couldn't see him anywhere. Then I realised- he was on a little mini stage in the midle of the audience! Excellent! I really enjoyed this one, but I think that it was played too similar to the way they usually play it- think Crush Tour DVD, with it going straight into-

You Give Love A Bad Name: And this was very cool as well! Everyone in the audience really started rockin' out during this song. But again, it was almost exactly the same as on the Crush tour DVD, but it still absolutely kicked, and got us all really rockin'

It's My Life: Now this was cool. Everyone was jumpin' around for this one, pumping their arms into the air on Richie's talkbox bits. This was roughly 10'000 times better than the one on One Wild Night. Absolutely amazing.

Undivided: The first time I heard this brilliant new song. The start was so cool- it was really soft for a few moments, and then BAM! In kick the guitars, and everyone just looks awestruck for a few seconds- before starting to jump around wildly. It's a really cool song, and I can't wait to hear the studio version

Everyday: First time I've heard this one live- and it wasn't quite as good played live as I thought it was going to be. I don't know what it was, but it just didn't seem to work as well as it could have. But it was still a great performance.

Bounce: Also the first time I've heard this song, and may I just say that I so totally need the studio version now! IMO, this was the best, coolest, most rockin' Bounce song that they played tonight (yep, even including Undivided), and I really cannot wait to hear it again. Jon was really get into it, and the whole experience was just incredible.

Wanted Dead Or Alive: "Please rise for our national anthem!" Now how can you not enjoy this song? Everyone in the audience was really shouting the lyrics out, especially to Richie's parts, and when Jon did his "Yeeeeeaaaah" after the first chorus (like on One Wild Night), everybody went wild! And on the "seen a million faces" bit, all the house lights went on for a second, and everyone went wild again, before "and rocked them all" kicked back in! Amazing.

Keep The Faith: IMO, the best song of the night. After the last song every thing was dark and quiet for about 30 seconds. Then the bass loop started, and everyone just exploded! Everyone was going wild singing the song, and on "FAITH!!" everyone in the audience just pumped their arm up into the air as one. Then there was the brilliant long extended solo, with Jon screaming something that I didn't quite catch, but which sounded pretty cool :D, and then of course the Jon and Tico bit, and finally Richie's final solo, with Jon throwing the mike really high into the air and catching it again. Like I already said, the best song of the night.

Bad Medicine/ Shout: Jon: "IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?!!!!" Audience: "SCREEEEAAAAAAM!!!" Bad Medicine was cool, and everyone was really rockin' along to it. Then at the end, the guys were teasing us before finally going into Shout- which really got the audience going. Unfortunately for us all, that was the last song, which I think was kinda weird, ending it on a cover song. But still, it was very cool, and a real crowd pleaser.

And then of course was the absolute best bit, Jon telling us they'd be back soon! Of course, we wanted more now, but Chris Tarrant himself told us it was all over, and to go away, and you can't really argue with that now can you? And he also left us with this excellent quote: "I know I said they were the best rock 'n' roll band in the world, but bloody hell! I'd forgotten just how good!"
