I've always admired people who defy the odds and who use their brain to get ahead in this world. I admire people like Nelson Mandela and Ghandi, both did not resort to violence to free their country of oppression. I thought Mother Teresa was admirable and I have great admiration for the Dalai Lama, he is a beautiful person and is trying to do the best he can for the Tibetan people.

I thought Nelson mandela was a convicted terrorist?

Convicted terrorist?? Look who put him in jail and 25 years later the same people basically own up that he shouldn't have been in jail... that is all debatable.
Besides, look at all the work he has done since he was released, he basically single-handedly got rid of Apartheid - that says enough!

My dad.

My best friends neighbour got diagnosed with a brain tumour when he was only 19. He died 4 years ago. In the months before he died I got to know him quite well, as we hung around in the same circle of friends, he was really good friends with my best mate Suzy. Never once did he feel sorry for himself and always had a smile on his face, even though he must have been going through absolute hell.

He was one of the nicest blokes ive ever met and really admired him for how brave he was. If im feeling down or sorry for myself, I think of him and realise even if things seem really bad, its nothing compared to what he went though.

my sister i think and all the people who are fighting for us like firemen for exemple

i admire people who don't resort to screaming at their kids to get their point across. my ex-girlfriend's mum was the perfect example of how keeping calm solves ten times more problems than screaming.

as for my idol......richie all the way.
