Newbish question...I heard Jon doesn't sing Always anymore. Is this true? And if so, for what reason?

They still do that song. Actually, Jon sang it at Continental in Jersey this year. :D

He does. It's not a regular in the setlists but they played it a few times this year. :)

And they should play it more :) But that's my opinion :)

One of mine too, its in the top 5 of my fave songs....and yes it should definately be played live alot more than what It does...when you consider how popular it was...in Europe especially.

Owkee, I admit ... it is my favourite song. But there are a lot of other songs that are verrrrrrrrrrrry close to it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! But it's true ... Especially when you see the vid 'Live in London' you're just dying to be at a gig where they play it that way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also love that song, but i think i remember reading somewhere on the board here that jon had trouble hitting the high notes in this song.....

He doesn't. At least not at the times they played it this tour. He sang it very good.

Im actually glad Always aint sung every concert. I think people apprecite it more, when its sung when people aint expecting it. (even though I dont like it)

Yep..it is high for him and he just has to been in the right frame of mind for it..my Birthday was Giants weekend and a special request was made to the band to sing it for me and Jon had to pass...I guess not feeling up to it...I had 3 songs on the wish list...Always, In These Arms and The Distance..got 2 of the 3 ...that works for me!!...So if you have heard him sing Always live consider yourself VERY LUCKY...still a big dream of mine to hear him sing it acoustic....STAR :D
