Livin' On A Prayer '86, 2000 & '02
 

I'm tired about the discussions running around Everyday, It's My Life and Livin' On A Prayer. a lot of fans seem to debate about that. They feel that IML is LOAP #2, and Everyday #3. well, damn, they are not! there's one and only one Livin' On A Prayer! if in every song where Jon talks again about Tommy & Gina, with talk box around, you feel it's a new version of LOAP, I think we'll get one one by decade or something like that. Jon said in 89 that he liked this kind of songs, but didn't want to write the same thing again and again. having a rejuvenation of it is cool, but it's not the new part, or a new version. so stop discussing about it please. it won't help the forum always bitchin' around the same damned thing.

However, if every song with Tommy and Gina means it's Livin' on a prayer, then Life and Everyday are #3 and #4....Just listen to 99 in the shade for Livin' on a prayer #2!!!

I completely agree. Livin' On A Prayer, It's My Life, and Everyday are completely different.. Even the songs are about different things.
