Pets

Do you buy your pets birthday presents? and if you do what do you buy them. :)

Yes ! if it's something we need at this moment, new bowls, or new collar etc ... the kids are pretty happy to celebrate a birthday, no matter who's birthday is it ! and more sincerely, i always buy a bone, and a nice meal for my dog, same at Christmas (father Christmas can't forget the dog !!)

I always buy my cat a Christmas present, plus make him a nice meal (usually including salmon and a lot of cream ;))... B-days not so much, his is on Midsummer eve and I usually am not at home then.

used to buy mine a new collar each birthday, and whenever we went to France i'd buy her a new cat toy she'd 75% of the time refuse to play with

was a great one though... a wind-up spider - she destroyed its felt covering on the first day or so and after that it was just a little robot like

she's too old for bday presents now though and in truth noone remembers her date of birth... roughly April 1991 i think

I don't know when their birthdays are, so I can't!! I usually buy them their favourite food on Animal Day, the cats love Sheba and fish, so I usually get them that.
At Christmas, my mum usually gives me the leftover turkey and they love that too!!
Toys I buy all year round, if I see something nice.. however they are all gathering dust at the moment, my cats just sleep!
