I' VE ALWAYS BEEN A HUGE BON JOVI FAN...TILL CRUSH...!
I LOVE ROCK N ROLL SO I THINK CRUSH APART FROM REALLY FEW TRACKS WAS A SHAME!!!
FIRST TIME I HEARD BOUNCE I QUITE APPRECIATED IT BUT ONE MORE TIME IT ROCKS LESS THAN I HOPED.
I DON' T CARE IF THEY NOW ARE 40 OR MORE I DON 'T CARE IF THEY WANT TO " GROW" ARTISTICALLY (REALLY THEY ARE???) I JUST CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE BORN TO DO: GREAT MELODIC HARD ROCK!!!
I REALLY CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT MEANS "EHY GUYS,YOU CAN'T ASPECT FROM THEM ANOTHER SWW, THEY ARE MATURE NOW, THEIR MUSIC IS MORE MATURE...." BUT WHAT A HELL!!!!WHY THESE DAYS HAS TO BE MORE "SERIOUS" THAN RUNAWAY,ROULETTE,OR BLAME IT ON THE LOVE OF R'N'R??? THESE SONGS ARE MUSICALLY MUCH BETTER THAN THESE DAYS! EXPLAIN ME PLEASE.
AC/DC DO THE SAME THINK FROM 25 YRS BECAUSE THEY KNOW WAT THEY ARE ABLE TO DO...WHY MR BON JOVI HAS TO CARE JUST ABOUT MONEY????LET THE MUSIC TALKIN'...GIVE US OTHER ROCK PLEASE!!
WITH BOUNCE THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB...UNDIVIDED BOUNCE AD EVERYDAY ROCKS BUT THE OTHER TRACKS FOR ME ARE JUST GOOD POP/ROCK SONG....AND THIS IS NOT GOOD!THEY ARE BON JOVI!!!!!!!!!
I'M A REALLY GREAT FAN OF BALLAD BUT AGAIN THOSE ON BOUNCE ARE NOT THE HUGE "GUITAR DRIVEN" BALLAD THAT ANY ROCK FAN CAN HOPE TO LISTEN (BED OF ROSES, I'LL BE THERE FOR YOU OR FOR EXAMPLE SOME BALLAD FROM FIREHOUSE MR BIG WARRANT DEF LEPPARD ECC...).
TO END I JUST FEEL THAT BON JOV ARE NOT MORE THE GREATEST BAND THAT EVER GRACED THIS EARTH.ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY WASTED!!

Bounce doesn't rock? They played 3 songs from it at Wembley and they absolutely rocked. There's absolutely nothing to complain about when the rest of the album is like this. Sure, they had to put some ballads on it since a lot of people love them but what I've heard from the album so far it absolutely rocks, maybe even more than anything earlier.

I must agree with Sambo-Chris. No complaints here. The album does rock ... A LOT.

Hard rockers to me: Undivided, Everyday, The Distance, Love Me Back To Life, Bounce, Hook Me Up, .... Right Side Of Wrong and Joey are pretty mid-tempo sounding.. Everything turned out perfect on this album.

The ballads are great and VERY lyrical. Does anyone think that the beginning of one of the ballads is kind of like Richie's "In It For Love"? Brilliants songs!

You're talking as if they'd have to do always the same just to please selfish fans as you.They're PERSONS, not robots, and they feel, mature, grow up, and they can't feel now the same as when they were 20! For God sake!! it isn't the 80s anymore! would you be happier with Livin' on a PRAYER II??? Not me!! I want them to prove different things, and THAT'S what make them still relevant in Music,while other bands have fallen.AC/DC?? C'mon, I can't believe they still attract new fans, always doing the same!! If you have their first record, then you have them all!!

Don't pay any mind to fans who post crap like this... if you don't like anything specific the band does, past or present or future (as so many are prone to complaining about things that have yet to even come to pass...) that's fine but don't pronounce it as truth. It's your opinion. It may be a strong one and you may want to share it but some of us are sick of hearing nothing but complaints. The band is happy with the album. It has nothing to do with money. They are pleased with the songs they wrote and are proud to share them with the fans. If you don't like them, that's your option but stop shouting to the world how much you dislike it. (And really, you are shouting. Any language, typing in all CAPS is rude and obnoxious.)

I got nothing to complain about....Bounce is great.
