Sore neck
 

Anyone know how to stop it being sore?. I woke up this morning to discover i can move my head to the left at all or keep it strait without a lot of pain so im wondering around with my head tilted A LOT to the right and its not fun.....any ideas how to take away some of the pain tried painkillers and there doing f all took tooo much already and its still sore :cry:

using a heating pad usually works for me..

And girls wouldnt work lol it hurts a little to much even for that :(

my wife is a doctor so ill ask her if it continues to cause probs...usually best is to loosen the muscles...

Codeine, ibuprofen, osteopathe or chropractor !!

painkillers are usually useless...just warm yr neck and exercise it...itll sort it out 8)

well, medecine can help a bit ! be careful with the warm because if there is an inflamation you need to put something cold on your neck !
