Need your 'international' advice ;)

As the board is very international I want to use it to maybe get some information ... I know it's a bit early but I want to start with everything in time ... The past few years I had very boring and regular summerjobs. But for next year ... I'm looking for something TOTALLY different. And their is a story about it ... I'll tell ya that first :
In the beginning of the schoolyear, I saw a poster on my school about an international organisation. They were looking for people out of 60 countries (including Belgium) to go as a monitor on summercamps in the USA. I thought that was someting for me as I like kids and always am looking for some life-experience ... The project goes on for about 9 - 11 weeks. So I would do activities with kids, take care of them, ... for 9 weeks on their summercamp. I really like the idea, contacted the organisation and get all the info I could get. My parents gave me permission so it was basically just up to me to decide. But I started doubting biiiig time. 11 weeks would mean my whole vacation. That isn't a bad thing at all buuuuut school was a problem. If I had any exams to do over again I would be in big trouble. You see, in Belgium almost everyone of the students have resits in their first year higher education. So school was a problem. I decided to wait a bit and see how the year goes on. Problem was I had to decide at laaaaast 'till April. Then the second problem came up : The war came out and no one really knew how things would end up in summer. So those 2 reasons made me decide NOT to go. Well the war isn't in the USA but I do have 1 resit :Maths  ...

Anyway ... I am looking for a summerjob in 2004 ... I am looking for something like this cause I think it's a life experience you'll never forget about !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I want that ... When I grow old I want to say I've lived and done things not everyone does ... But I don't think I will go with the CCUSA program cause of course it stays a long time and resits are always possible and I just don't want to take the risk ... So something shorter would be nice ...

And now I come to the point where YOU come in :):) ... As we have people here almost from everywhere ... you perhaps know something in your country that suits me .. Cause I don't really know where to start searching. If anyone knows a website with things like this or an organisation that goes by my explanation, it would be cool if ya let me know !!!

Anyone ever did something like this ???? (The thing I was talking about is http//www.ccusa.com )

Thanx already :)

U could just go to Aus, or New Zealand & get work out there. I was told the other night that the air is really clean in New Zealand. Mr Bluesman would like it as there r lots of sheep :P

(Think lord of the rings)

But when I go I wanna be prepared BEFORE I leave ... and make sure it's a job I like ... Going on kinds of camps would be cool I think cause you meet other young people as well ...

I know a girl from France who worked here last summer through this program: http://www.campamerica.co.uk/CountryHome.asp
It's still 9 weeks though so if that is too long for you there would be the same problem. :(
