when i was young my dad mixed all the sauces up and put a spoon in my mouth....ever since then i dont EVER have sauce :?

Ah - but bacon, fried egg and ketchup on a hard roll for breakfast. That's perfection - and is also a standard NYC breakfast that can be bought anywhere.
