Thanks!! That's Bobby. I don't think he's really a specific breed. He may be part Maine Coone because his half of a tail is so fluffy. He looks a lot like my full Maine Coone.

When my aunt Val's cat Mittens died, she put out the word that she wanted another cat. My mom and I were coming home from a shopping trip and decided to detour by my parent's business. We saw a friend of my mom's drive by and she waved us down to stop. When we did, she handed us that cat. He had wandered up in their yard and they didn't want to keep him with their other cats. Now, what are the odds that we would be on the same road with her at the very same time she was looking for us? WEIRD!!

Anyway, he only has half a tail and my brother named him Bobtail Chainsaw because he purred so loudly. All my male cats have interesting names. LOL

He has the sweetest disposition of any cat I've ever owned. When I brought in Baby when she was just two weeks or so old, Bobby helped take care of her. He washed her and really taught her how to be a cat. He was a great surrogate mommy.

I'm glad we're not on the Def Lep board too. They's shoot us both! You for making a post to me and me for talking about my cat!

my cat gave my best mate a rash yesterday. he already had a sunburnt neck, now he's come out in what looks like a shaving rash!

Maybe a stupid question.. but how did your cat give your mate a rash??

he's allergic to fur. anytime a cat, dog, rabbit, cushion comes near him he has problems! i'll try and post a piccy of his rash. all you ladies will love him, we were the gran can studs!

Poor thing!! That must be so sad if you're allergic to cats, I would hate to be allergic to cats..

I was allergic to cats when I was young. It's about the only allergy I've grown out of... but I've grown into so many more!
