Something weird happens when I go on stage.
 

ok I did a show at my university about almost 2 weeks ago(I posted a topic on that a while ago to on the GBJF)
well the thing is that when the crowd responded so nicely to me and my band I got kind of ..well I guess you could say excited?...and my Penis erected and there was this noticeable bulge in my pants that the college photographer took (and focused on) and it appeared on the local uni newspaper.
Why does that happens? It's kind of embarrasing to say the least.

the headline read:
LOCAL ROCK BAND EXCITES THEMSELVES WITH BON JOVI COVERS.

It's true I did get excited ,it was kind of cool.but can anyone explain the reason this happens,because at every show I've done this has happened to me,and I don't know if this is a common thing or not.

Maybe you could try wearing really baggy, thick pants, lol.

maybe you should rather concentrate on playing than giving your attention to the "nicely reacting crowd" :wink:

the moment I hear those applause I get this feeling of excitement that's almost like , sexual, and when you have the crowd in the palm of you're hand ther'es this feeling of power that drives you wild.you almost feel invincible.baggy pants he? I think I should try that.

yr npt the only one dont worry...playing guitar is quite an intimate and somewot sexual instrument :P

I don't know if I actually saw this on a movie, or heard it in a joke, but you could (this sounds a bit painful though) sellotape your penis to your thigh. lol.

In the movie/joke I got this from, someone ended up getting kicked in the face, so I don't know if it would work, lolal.

There is only one way around this.....5 mins before show time, nip to the loo with a copy of 'Penthouse' or your favourite 'reading' material.....ahem...enjoy yourself....clean up....then go onstage. Excitement should now be kept to a minimum.
