Maybe the album will be good, but I don't think it would've been made if Bounce had sold well and they reached the 100,000,000 mark. This is just so they can reach that target and release their box set. That's what I think anyway. Sorry if this has been discussed before.

I don't know if this has been discussed before but I agree with you. If Bounce had pushed them over 100mill then we'd have the boxset for Xmas instead of the new album.

Yes I've been thinking about it that way for about a few months now. They would not have made this album if they'd reached the 100 million album sales with Bounce. They thought they'd reach the 100 million album sales with Bounce, though it didn't work. This acoustic album is hyped like it's something totally new, but there's a big chance it'll be just to reach the 100 million, and not thát special and another missed opportunity.

No they didn't. They did not sell 100 million yet. And no, don't start a discussion about how much they sold and if they reached it or not. They didn't.

And about that boxset, the idea came up to make a boxset for their 20th anniversary, well that doesn't work since they'll release it in 2004, and they changed it in 100 million albums.
