Going to 'Memphis'

If you've never heard of it, there's a good reason: 'Memphis,' the latest production at North Shore Music Theatre, is a world premiere. With music by Bon Jovi keyboard player David Bryan, no less! The musical, set against the backdrop of the birth of rock 'n' roll, will run through Oct. 12. Everyone that lives in the area should definitely go see this. Not only was it co-written by David so I may be slightly biased, but it was incredible and original. The actors could sing very well, and it was a very interesting storyline! Plus, I got to meet David and have a brief chat with him at the premiere. What a sweetheart!! He was soooo proud of it!
