Would Jon still be the big front man that we could see in films and tv-shows.. Or would it be Richie instead? What do you think?

I think that Jon's look has helped him a lot... And I don't know how it would have been in Bon Jovi if Jon didn't look like he does.

Yeah but Richie is a good looking guy too, and I don't think it wouldn't make much difference, because it's your character and how you act which is most important. The reason why quite a few singers become actors, Roger Daltery, Mich Jagger, JBJ, etc is because they are acting on stage while playing live. They are performing for someone elses entertainment and a good singer should be able to entertain an audience, so can also do so on TV screens I think.

Now ask youself this....... If Steven Tyler looked like Joe Perry and Perry looked like Tyler, how many movies would Tyler have made? I can imagine a lot, because Perry is a real cool looking guy. I do think the looks count, and maybe that's why Tyler hasn't started to do movies, but I'm sure he has the talent.

Dunno... There are a lot of people that find Jon ugly...

To tell the truth I think there are no beautiful people, there are just different points of view...

I know quite a few people who prefer the dark look to Jons blonde .

I personally think it's all about charisma. Looks don't matter, even if you're drop-dead gorgeous on the outside but lack charisma there's nothing there. And people who aren't all that handsome/beautiful but have charisma seem much more beautiful. It's all about charisma, not about looks!

I think your right, you've got some not so good looking actors around but
they still pull it off becuase there is just something about them 8)
