hi guys, i've been listening few minutes ago an "one-minute new album song" with jon's comments and he called this left feel right a his record...yes he said "this is MY new record"......
well he continues to think he is god (AND I LOVE HIM BECAUSE HE IS)but i guess his mates won't be so glad to listen his words........

I recognized this too and found it quite strange and not very nice towards the other band members.

Well i am sure he didnt mean it is HIS, he just said it, maybe it came out wrong, people can use the wrong word but not mean it. i dotn think saying he has a big ego is fair. :roll:

It is HIS new record. And if Richie wanted to call it HIS new record he could. If Dave wanted to call it HIS, he could... etc.

I call the school distict's test kits MY test kits, but they're not mine alone.

I call the dog MY dog, but it's really the family's dog.

If you used "OUR" about everything you ever had in conjunction with another human being, people might start to think you had split personalities. :lol:

Thank you Becky for saying what I was thinking. You people read way too much into things. I have heard Richie refer to the band as "his band" in interviews, which is true. It is like Tom talking about his band and McRock talking about his band. You people are worse than a lynch mob. :roll:

i disagree with you becky....what you said about "split personality" doesn 't mean nothing...he has a band behind him is not a solo artist he didn 't write and arranged the songs alone....i am in a band but i would never say "hi come to see me play live" or something like that
this is not the first time he spoke in this way........

Well, he's the only one who signed the record deal, so he can say that BJ are HIS band.But I agree with Becky, I think he didn't mean to say that, it's just a way of talk.

They ALL speak that way. Richie, Dave and Tico do the same thing. People just always like to jump down Jon's throat all of the time.

Lets face it, if Jon were that much of an egomaniac, the rest of the band members wouldn't still be around. We all know they have more money than they know what to do with, so do you really think they would put up with it? I doubt it.

Like Mouse said, the other band members speak that way too. Richie has called Bon Jovi HIS band and Bon Jovi records HIS new records. But do you jump down his throat? No. He doesn't even have the excuse of the band having his last name. Technically, the band IS Jon's and the records are HIS because he's the only one with the contract. To act like Jon has commited a federal offense over saying "HIS" is just silly. :roll:
