Conclusion of the Songs pulled off TLFR

This is why I think now, I won't say anything more about it:

1) It's the band's choice not to put those 2 new tracks on TLFR
2) They were not polite just removing them from the Tracklist in the News section of bonjovi.com, we deserve an explanation
3) I'm very sad we're not gettin new songs, I hope the new versions of their hits are great!, I'm sure they are
4) The Oompas lack of sensibilty, they are not Bon Jovi fans. And they acuse the fans for being rude, but they are rude too.

It's all I have to say, please, post your thoughts about it.

I think you're pretty much right. I want an explanation and possibly an apology for the false advertising. That's why I started the petition.

I don't think that was the band's choice. Would Jon have played one of the songs on the radio if he wasn't sure to publish it on the album? I don't think so.

I personally don't mind too much if we get the songs or not. I'm just a little nerve-recked about the changes every few days. It's a little too much.

I absolutely agree on this one. They are the last who can complain, most of their answeres I read were either rude or false or both.

They have the right to delete the songs, and maybe they did it because they thought that the new songs didn't go well with the album. They wanted to amke a greatest hits album with a twist. If they don't want to put new songs on the album, then I don't see why anyone should be complaining. They are working hard for their fans, and they really deserve a break to be with their families and do other stuff. They don't want their fans to be disappointed, but we get a DVD, Jon is filming a small role for a movie coming out in 2004, and Richie may be acting soon, so don't get fustrated over the album. I'm disappointed about the 2 songs being left off the album, but I'm not complaining to everyone, like some people are. Another thing, the Oompas may be tired of answering your questions about the new album, and hearing you complain. They don't like that, and neither do the fans that are happy with the final outcome with the album.

You say by "just removing them". What were they to do, consult the fans before making a decision of what they wanted on the album? (that wasnt meant to sound smart, just a logical question.. well - to me anyways. I agree very much with number 3, but I don't give any opinion on the Oompas as I see they did nothing wrong, nor right. Enough said by me also.

LOL i havent said anything about the songs being taken off the album but, i think its all down to money at the end of the day.

They have enough songs to fill an album to put out and they know die hrd BJ fans will buy it, they dont need to put any extra songs on, any extras of any kind on it.

I think the 2 songs that have come off will feature on an album at a later date, money coming to mind again. They pulled them off TLFR and now they have an opportunity to put them on a brand new album which they know die hard fans will buy as its BJ.

:)

As for the oompas, I am not big fans of them, but I will say that sometimes I can see why they get frustrated. People really do abuse them and a great many write them questions and feel like they are owed something just for being a fan. I dunno. It has to get frustrating with the constant nasty attitudes from people. I will say though, that judging from their responses lately, I think they need to find another job. It is quite obvious that they are burnt out.

Not quite sure how money affects that decision?? Die hard fans may well buy the album, but there really aren't that many of those...as sales of Bounce will show. The fact that the Japanese and European versions include a DVD show that the record company DO need to include extras. But taking off 2 tracks will neither save money, or cost money...so I doubt that's the reason.
