The # 1 reason for getting a cold is not washing your hands. If you was your hands before and after you eat, you should be fine. Especially after using the bathroom.... I hate... I mean ****ING HATE people who don't was their hands after taking a piss in the urinal. And then they go back and eat lunch.... or shake someones hand...... :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
