one of my friends sisters is doing the cracker diet and only eating them, shes lost 4lb in 4 days haha

haha, the sad thing is it is mostly just water weight she lost.. it will come back once she starts eating stuff besides the crackers.

trust me honey, i've done alot of crazy diets. i am on this one though for the long haul. i am going to be running into an old flame of mine in june and i am determined to be feeling wonderful and make his jaw drop when he sees me... ha ha ... looking good is the best revenge! i've got a personal trainer i've been going to for the past six weeks, i am in the zone completely and feeling fab!!
