Bloody Kids

I was playing 5-a-side footy tonite after work, & halfway thru some kids threw a firework onto the pitch. We all shouted a warning & backed off, but after about 10 secs (it was a rocket) It just flew forward quite fast. Considering there were 10 ppl on the pitch we were extremely lucky it didn't hit anyone.

Why r kids allowed to roam around at that time at night?? There must be something better for them to do & if not why not??

Anti-social behaviour in the making.

It's partially the shop owners fault for selling them to the stupid little twats.

I don't see what the fun is in throwing them and messing around with them..."Ooh, look at me, I can throw a firework at someone. I must be a really tough guy"...stupid little wankers.

Fireworks are meant for Bonfire Night and New Years Eve.

The legal age of buying them should be raised to 21.

They soon ran off when we chased them! It could have blinded someone though

totally agree, i live in a close, and some stupid kids last friday were setting fireworks, well big rockets off on our carpark right next to all the houses...shear stupidity mike!

Surely they should be tucked up in bed (or jail, lol, ok maybe a bit harsh), especially with it being so cold?!

last year on my way home from school some wee guy that lives across the road came upto me and asked me to go and get him fireworks. he was lucky if he was 11 cos he had his primary school uniform on.

i laughed at hima nd told him to get to **** and he gave me some crap story about is mum and dad wanting them for new year (this was in the middle of october btw) sadly some people r stupid enough to buy them and i mostly blame the paki shops for it.

i work int he co, big national company, we've got shitload of regulations etc... to deal with sellign them. they're in a locked cabinet and we need the supervisors key to open it so in essence 2 over 18 staff need to be present during the sale.

walk into a corner shop and they've got cache's under the counter.
