I have few videos from the guys, and I thought Runaway was the badest they had done. well... if everybody could watch She Don't Know Me, you'll have huge laughs, Runaway is Citizen Kane when you watch SDKM! do yourself a favor and watch it

hmmm, ok whatever, not really the greatest video they have made considering they were just boys at the time!

I haven't seen any music videos by Bon Jovi before the Slippery videos. You have to remember that the band didn't have much money behind them for videos before they became famous. Ok, they had Mercury's record deal, but they don't invest much into music videos unless they know it's gonna be popular, or the artist is already famous.

I guess Jon has sometimes said that he's ashamed of the early videos. But the clothes they are wearing there are almost in fashion again :D

I didn't understand what the Runaway video was all about! Can someone fill me in!

(My reviewing of the videos and stuff)

Runaway) This video isn't one of my favorites, but I still like it. It's got the band performing and all, and, of course, a girl, who is...the Runaway. That's really about it. It just shows the girl getting frustrate and things happening with her.

She Don't Know Me) This is a more detailed video. Also, one that I like. It focuses on Jon a lot....showing him explaining everything about the girl who doesn't love him. It's a bit of a confusing video...but..um..that's about it.

Only Lonely) One of my favorite videos of all time. It's set and created to make the viewers think it was taken out of a movie, when actually, it wasn't. However, watching it, you can still see the story. It's kind of emotional and..well..if you like the song, you'll probably enjoy the video too.

Silent Night) Another nice video, but not a good look at the band. Umm....well...still, I think Only Lonely is the only one that can compare to the other videos we see today. It's too hard to explain this one.

In And Out Of Love) The guys performing to a small crowd, as well as acting goofy at times. Good.

you're wrong Rob. Runaway was expensive (90,000 $) and shot on a three-days period. the record company told the band it was the way videos were done, and Jon had the feling that they just mess with his career and the song.

what are you on about Rob? they didnt have much money behind them before Slippery? they were loaded with cash!! Bon Jovi & 7800 sold millions they may not have been as big then as the Slippery and New Jersey years but they had financial backing believe me.

Need to remember they were selling to a mostly rock audience then, not like today, when every man and his dog has a copy of Crossroads.
