If you were Prime Minister
Following on from Jim's IDS thread,
What would you do if you were in power, in an ideal world what would you change if money were no object. 1. I would tax the rich more, especially people who have never done a hard days work in their life and were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. I would tax the working class, single parent families and low wage earners a lot less. 2. I would stop taxes going on stupid things like Asylum, I would make sure that peoples taxes would pay for Education - A child should have a decent education, there would be more government subsidies for private school education but the same level of education would be made available in public funded schools, every child would have the same start in life, no-one is more advantageous then others, more money would be put into Arts and Sports education. Health - More money would go into finding cures for Cancer, Aids and more tropical diseases, new hospitals would be built with help form the lottery, staff training and vetting would be more vigilant and there would be a series of Mobile Wards, whereby a small 10 bed hospital with ER facilities would be built in rural areas so that people are closer to emergency units. Asylum- They wouldn't get in, not for a long time anyway, I don't ever want to see people being persecuted but 99% of people coming in now are not under that threat, they come in for the easy life. Also, refugees who do come into the country would be made to work. Transport - I would get rid of the privatisation and bring back one big rail network, safety systems to prevent crash and signal failure would be installed in all trains, interciry, metro, tube, monorail. Law- The law would no longer be on the side of the criminal, Victims would be supported more, sentences would be longer, child offenders would be punished more, paedophiles, rapists and first degree murder would all be dealt with by capital punishment. That’s right, the death sentence would come back for those evil b******s 3. I would stop the Lottery funding stupid projects, and they would be part responsible for putting more money into the health and education services. 4. Jobs being exported to India would be stopped, we are currently in a state of high employment, high spending, low interest rates, a good economy, flip it round and take jobs to India we have, high unemployment, low spending, high interests rates, a bad economy. AND we have people in India being paid a most disgusting wage So what would you do, and would you vote for me??????? |
while we're ont he asylum matter here.
funny thing how they treat fugees better than our own people. before all the do gooders get the knives out let me put across some things that i find totally disgusting: my grans nephew got stopped by a speed trap. at the same time an fugee in a car got stopped. the police let the other guy away in minutes but proceeded to ticket and report my grans nephew. he asked why that guy got away and the police man straight turned round and said if they'd done anything to him he'd have took them to court for racism and it wasnt worth the hassle. if u break the law u break the law i dont care if ur white black brown or blue and u should follow the same laws as everyone else. point number 2: asylum seekers no longer get food tokens because "Ģit's degrading to them" now this is all well and good bt tell this to the scots coming into my work with bread and milk vouchers. my bro had a guy in his work yesterday whos ont he dole telling him he got a job thru the dole but he didnt even have enough money to get a bus there so they gave him a bus token to get there and back till he got paid. fugees get free bus passes. i guess white people don't feel degraded then? |
Its a complete joke Jim!!!!
One point i was gonna say was the money we spend on refugees should be spent on making sure we look after our war veterans, and the homeless and elderly, why are people who have served in conflict now expected by society to work in mundane jobs in their 50's, a friend of mine was in the gulf war, he is now in his 50's he sustained injury yet 10 years down the line he is made to work in a mundane office job with oppressive managers. How fair is that. Why are homeless people still on the streets with only the option of a soup kitchen for warmth, when these refugees have a warm bed every night?? Why are more elderly people dying every year because the can't afford to switch on the heating when they heat massive buildings full of refugees. Our taxes go on all the wrong things, the government wants to look at the problems in this country before looking at any other country |
tell me about it mate im not even getting into a debate about what they get cos ill be here for weeks.
couple of months ago im walking thru george square and theres a huddle of people with candles. i go over to see what it is and its ****in iranians protesting about their human rights being violated by the government. now im not exactly supportve of labour but i cant think of one thing a fugee or ethnic minority could claim human rights action against here just now. i dunno maybe they've been asked to be taxes or get jobs or something by those evil government men. i walked bpast thinking for ****sake u wouldnt be able to do that in ur own country and if u did do it ud all be dead or in jail by the end of the night. but alas we let them away with it int he name of political correctness. |
