Went into a shop today that only sells English products. Of course I stocked up on salt & vinegar crisps and vimto  , but I was wondering if you had to move abroad what kind of things would you miss that you could only get in your country??

Hi all,

I travelled a lot in my life for quite long periods and I think you have to be french to understand the feeling of the first bite of french bread you have when you come back home. :D

Abroad? You can't even get good fresh brewed sweetened iced tea outside the South!

*Some* people actually think tea comes from a POWDER! And, if that's not bad enough, if they brew tea, they put MILK in it. The thought of it makes me gag.

I know that tea doesn't come in a powder, but I do put milk in my tea. Unless I'm sick...then I drink it plain.
