Bon Jovi Concerts

I have never been at a bon jovi concert (i hope to attend one on the bounce tour) but i was wondering if moshing and crowd surfing happens at the concerts youve attended.(i hope it does)I was also wondering what bon jovis shows (the mammoth ones) were like in the 80s.Did bon jovi ever play with van halen as i read somewhere they did.Thanks.

I don't think crowd surfing & moshing goes on.

U get alot of jumping around (esp. at the front) - & lots of singing along & arms being thrown into the air (& clapping).

no moshing and crowd surfing- at least over here... but it's always VERY loud and it's a great atmosphere....
btw.: Van Halen supported some gigs on the 95' tour in europe- but bj said they'll never have that a famous support act again for the audience was already exhausted when they began to play :-)

Like the others have already said, you don't really find people moshing or crowd surfing at Bon Jovi shows. To tell you the truth, I think that if you start moshing and getting REALLY out of control -- jumping on top of other people, headbanging against others, crowdsurfing and generally being VERY annoying -- you might find yourself getting kicked out of the venue. Bon Jovi and their crew are pretty strict about security, they don't tolerate people who may cause (intentional) harm to others.

That said, Bon Jovi concerts are undeniably the very best concerts one could possibly attend. The atmosphere is great, the audience is loud and everybody is having tons of fun. 8)
