That would be Anakin Skywalker (aka Darth Vader)...he's supposed to be more evil in this movie, lol.

...plus that's pretty much the only shot of him that's emerged so far from the filming of Episode III, lol.

I wanted a dark picture of the Vader helmet, but when I resized it to avatar size it looked a bit crap, lol.
