rarely. but we don't have set times to come in and go - just guidelines and I already told them I don't do guidelines ;)

We don't have boss here :) Just operation manger and he is just like friend most of the time :wink:

pretty much yes - as long as it relates to work and it doesn't compromise my ambition - yes pretty open.
