If it's stress related, I turn on some music and get away from whoever/whatever is causing the stress.

If it's sinus related or a migraine, I take medicines, but they're harder to shake, especially a migraine.

No...don't think I would either. In fact I dont ever think ive had a proper dose of the Flu from speaking to people who have.

My immune system turned on itself. My doctors suspected cancer, but wound up calling it "a super virus."
