Newspapers, the tacky ones. I dont buy many magazines these days whats the point thwne you have the net???

When did you get the internet???

Kev 11-28-2003 02:13 AM

pffft...thats another tricky one....late 97 - early 98, that was crappy aol dialup which you have...we only had three hours a month allowance on it too for a fiver...then we moved up in the world and got aol anytime which at the time was 15quid..that was a year or so later, but was stil restricted to how much i used it coz the flks were complaining (like yours) abut me hogging the phone line, so i then bought my own phone line and paid for that myself each month...then got sick of neevr being able to connect to aol, so took the investment of moving up in the world again and purchasing broadband...a year later were now on 1Mb Broadband :D

Same question to \/
AND
how long could \/ live without the internet for...honestly?

Neurotica80 11-28-2003 02:16 AM

Feb 2000 - I went to PC just to get some new headphones for my walk man and came back with a PC!! Always had aol, I try not to hog the phoneline all night or my mum and her fella will complain and il have to get broadband.
