UKjovi 03-14-2005 04:05 PM

Yes the world is full of them and run by them aswell :P

I'm thinking of giving up AOL as a provider mainly because it keeps cutting of all the while . So what provider do you recommend?

Jim Bon Jovi 03-14-2005 04:11 PM

I'm on NTL broadband. I dunno if you can get ti everywhere though.

what do u think about my airline post in NBJ?

UKjovi 03-14-2005 04:22 PM

I think its very interesting but funny at the same time that the Americas think its ok to be this size when it is quite clearly dangerous for them

Do you think that Americans should cut down on the amount that they eat?

Becky 03-14-2005 04:58 PM

In general, yes. But it's not always the amount you eat. I starved myself in high school to the point of making myself extremely sick. I killed my metabolism. I recently spent a solid 4 months exercisng no less than 30 minutes a day and no less than 5 days a week (often 45 minutes to an hour a day). I always eat very little and I STILL don't loose weight. The assumption that people have weight problems because they're lazy and eat too much is so off base. If it were a matter of eating and exercize, I'd be a size 2. But exercizing that much for that long with no results only threw me into depression.

Is the world too focused on weight?

Thomas Anderson 03-14-2005 05:03 PM

Yes, whereas they should be focused more on health. Someone can still be quite large and healthy, but if someone eats nothing but fast food and is extremely obese (not just overweight but obese) it is their fault, and they shouldn't complain when they have to pay extra for seats etc.

Are you overweight for your size? (calculate your bmi here http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm)

UKjovi 03-14-2005 05:11 PM

no i dont think so, i would like to add that a freind of mine called phil is very over weight and has tried everything under the sun but still remains at 30 stone although he is properbly much fitter than i am so i do agree with youy becky

am i too thin at 5'10 and weighing 11 stone?

Thomas Anderson 03-14-2005 05:44 PM

No, as long as you're healthy. According the the BMI calculator you would be in the middle of the normal bracket.

I'm 6'2 and weight something between 15 and 16 stone (it fluctuates a lot), so I come in on the overweight bracket according to that calculator, but I'm not unhealthy.

What would your ideal height and weight be?

UKjovi 03-14-2005 05:58 PM

I would go back up to 6 feet again like how i was before my accident weight i'm not so fussed but it does piss me off that i lost height

Some days do you find it hard to work?

Becky 03-14-2005 06:14 PM

Yes, definitely.

Do you like to draw?
