I never had a problem with sleep so no but i may like to have to take some pain away.. but again its not easly available here...

Go outside; fresh air can do some miracles (depends on what kind of pain you're having, ofcourse).

Spring is kicking in over here: how cool is that? :D

pretty cool i think, well here also weather is good but it only get worst coz summer is around the cornor and u can expect tempreature to hit over 50+ degree :shock:
