UKjovi 04-26-2005 07:49 PM

A train came of the rails and hit a building killing about 70 people

Going home on a train?

Becky 04-26-2005 08:21 PM

No. I don't think I've ever ridden a train in my life, unless you count the "trains" that take you from one terminal to another in the bigger airports.

V Would you consider that a "train"?

That's a very good question. School was ok, but college has been crap. I've paid quite a lot of money to go through college and most days we spend doing practically nothing. The lecturer's don't have a clue about the seubjects they are teaching and therefore shy away from doing any work. The assignments/exams have all been downloaded from the internet and have mistakes in them. The only good thing is that I still seem to get good grades. I would like to see more organisation and maybe the employment of some proper staff, but I leave in the near future so it will make little difference. I will graduate with a good degree, but now the Telecommunications industry in Britain has hit a standstill and the chances of employment are somewhat slim. :(

What do you do/want to do for a living?

Jovimimi 04-26-2005 09:30 PM

No not really

do you love travelling by plane ?

Jovimimi 04-26-2005 09:31 PM

ooopps sorry .. I think we post at the same time ...

Becky 04-27-2005 12:29 AM

Jovimimi: Most of the time, I do. When there's turbulence.... NO THANK YOU. I got air sick going into Atlantic City and from Macon to Atlanta. But if it's smooth, I'll take flying over driving any day!

Rob: I'm a psychometrist. I think you missed some answers. You have to hit "reply" to see what the last post was because the thread is so long.

V What did you have for lunch?
