Best Guitar solo....Wanted

Do you think you will always live where you are now or do you hate it?

Rob 10-06-2005 02:07 AM

I hope I won't always end up living here. I don't really like it at all, but it's home and I'm in two minds whether I want to leave or not. I've just finished my degree and am finding jobs hard to come by for the moment as I have little experience. It could be the right time to travel, or it could not as if I travel I will prob not get experience in my field, where if I get a job here I will. The only problem is that I could embark on a career if I get a job here and stay here for the rest of my life. There's worse places to live, but England can't surely be what life is all about. My friend has recently been to Australia and says it's been the best year of his life and will probably settle down there when he's finished travelling. He's offered me to go travelling with him to Canada in the new year. Do I do it, or do I get some valuable experience to stand me in good stead for the future. :? Bugger, I'm so indecisive. Guess this was supposed to be a one line answer but what the hell.

What would you do in my situation?

UKjovi 10-06-2005 10:31 AM

Rob, you should go. If not you WILL regret it for the rest of your life. So what if it turns out to be a waste of time? you have got the rest of you life to gain experience so go. You will enjoy it and if you come back to this shit hole that is england then at least you'll have good memories and prehaps think about going back there .I for one dont want to live in England for the rest of my life .Theres a place on Rhodes called Lardos and its like paradice so hopefuly one day we will live there , even if its for 6 months of the year and then back to this shit hole for the other 6 months . So Rob get packing!

Do you want to live else where?

Irishshin 10-06-2005 10:56 AM

If I was in your situation I would be so indecisive as well lol. But I agree with Russ, you should go. So many people I know have gone to Canada and have loved it. You can go for the year and then come back to the UK get your job and experience.

Do I wann live elsewhere:
No I will always live in Ireland :D I love it here. But I want to travel too.

Would you like to live in Ireland :D Or visit?

UKjovi 10-06-2005 12:42 PM

maybe a visit but its too cold for me

if you could would you visit the moon?

Antman 10-06-2005 01:06 PM

yep but not the dark side

Would you really like to know what lurks in the deepest oceans?

UKjovi 10-06-2005 01:25 PM

Yes , i might find my other sock lol

Do you think it would be like finding nemo?

Irishshin 10-06-2005 02:34 PM

:D Yeah I think it would.

What are your favourite kind of movies?

Rob 10-06-2005 09:18 PM

Russ, Irishin, thanks for the advice. You could very well be right.

Favourate kinda movies eh? I'd say commedy action movies. My favourate films are Blues Brothers, Snatch and probably LOTR all of which have plenty of action and in some cases comedy.

If you could visit or live in one country in the world what would it be?
