Is it better to give presents or to receive them?

When I was younger it was to receive them. Now it's a bit of both. I love it when people are chuffed about a present that I have thought to get them, but I also love it when someone gives me a present that I wasn't expecting and is really good. I guess the day will come though that I'd much rather give that receive.

A plane ticket + a 4th row ticket to see Bon Jovi.

That I am at work and wishing the day would end.
