Well I use tap water but have a Kenwood filter jug in the fridge. If I try drinking tap water unfiltered I can actually smell the chlorine, let alone taste it.

No, I don't excercise much at all. Am going swimming in the morning and I go walking sometimes, but I'm too lazy to implement any real fitness regime for myself.
