i got caught dogging school once because my band was playing at an event that midge ure from live aid and ultravox was doing.

he was on the scottish national news at lunchtime doing a live interview, we're in the background tuning up and the teachers are sitting in the staff room going: what's jim graham gary and ashlea doing on telly?

was a cool experience but ive seen semi famous scottish musicians, actors and comedians around town and they can't sit and have a meal or a pint in peace so i cant imagine what it would be like to always be on the telly and have that level of exposure. i wouldnt like it.
