Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 03:12 AM

see above thread.

done it many times and never regretted it.

1 thing I will say that Javiers older woman post reminded me about. 1 girl I went out with was going out with a rugby player when we met and we instantly hit it off. I don't exactly run from trouble so the fact her boyfriend was about 6"2 didnt bother me but she was always goign on about how shit he treated her and how he hit her and stuff.

thing is every single person who knows the guy is like nah he wouldn't hurt a fly he's just a big soft geek of a dude. course im stupid and thiunk nah she wouldnt lie and i dont know for sure but ive since met the guy and as everyone has said, he's an absolute gentle giant, even bought me drinks knowing full well what i done so if he's not going to hit some cunt that stole his long term girlfriend, I doubt he's goign to hit a girl in the 1st place y know.

V ever cheated?

spunkywho 06-09-2004 10:29 AM

depends on how you define cheating. I never had sex with someone else while I was still in a relationship.

is it ok to be with someone if you don't think it will last. Or, should you let them carry on with their life instead?

allmike 06-09-2004 11:46 AM

Let them carry on, it is not worth keeping.

V Being in love and get hurtburn or not at all in love?

jess 06-09-2004 01:15 PM

 yes

ever lied to the person you love the most ?

Marijke 06-09-2004 02:22 PM

Not on my lover.

V what is you status single, married, ????

allmike 06-09-2004 02:53 PM

single in every possible way.

V Do u feel lonly?

jess 06-09-2004 04:22 PM

no, not at all ! (not enough !)

are you scared of loneliness ?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 04:57 PM

I'm more scared of the fact that I think to myself too much when i'm alone and I think I would probably go a little crazy but the actual idea of being alone doesn't scare me yet.

V you?

spunkywho 06-09-2004 05:23 PM

no, I like being alone and don't think I have enough "me" time.

how long could you be without a partner?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 05:25 PM

dunno the longest i've went without one in the past 4 years had been about 2 months on account of me being a manwhore.

could probably go a while but I'm pretty sure the lack of physical stuff would get to me long before the emotional stuff.

V you?

btw try and check out the killers. they're from vegas and I think you might dig their record. try and find a tune by the called mr brightside to see what you think.

Neurotica80 06-09-2004 05:41 PM

Hmmmmm well I wouldnt put a time limit on it, iv found the more you look for love the longer it takes to come. The best things come out of the blue :)

Would you shave your chest???

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 05:47 PM

as it stands, no but if i'm hoping to get it a bit more defined within the next month or 2 so ill see how it looks back then. Ive started getting alot of hair on my stomach and back in the recent past for some reason :?

V shave or wax certain places..... :D

Tashjbj 06-09-2004 05:51 PM

Shave, I just don't have the guts for waxing!!!

Is neck hair sexy on a man??

Neurotica80 06-09-2004 05:53 PM

Shaving cream ;) Yes im a wimp...

Girls: would you date a man who shaved his legs and chest??

Boys: would you date a girl who didnt shave her legs and other areas??

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 05:55 PM

hairy legs are horrible and there's no real reason for someone not too. other places are personal preference so you can't really complain if they don't want to.

hairy legs: no i wouldnt

Hairy other places: no unless it was really disgusting

V guys@ clean shaven or a little stubble?

Veloz 06-09-2004 06:14 PM

  this last questions r funny

i preffer guys shaven just cause my skin is sensitive and at times beard makes me all red..but a little stubble is cute and sexy in some guys ;)

would u be too scared to get waxed ?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 08:35 PM

I let Ashleas little sister wax my legs once to see what the **** you all feel the need to complain about and it was kinda irritating and itchy but no way painful and doesn't give you the right to make out as if it's a close second to child birth

V true?

spunkywho 06-09-2004 11:32 PM

 of course it isn't second to child birth - you get painkillers when giving birth, but you don't for shaving your legs and other more sensitive areas - at least not legally :P

It really depends, I hate shaving just because it is inconvenient. Home waxing sucks - it never works as it is supposed to (maybe I am just a klotz) and I hate going anywhere where I need an appointment. So, for the time being I am stuck with shaving lol.

should women shave their 'beard' at some point when they grow one or should they leave their mustaches as god intended them to be?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 11:42 PM

don't most women bleach their facial hair so you can't see it? unless I've totally missed at what you;'re getting at....

V have I missed the general idea?

Veloz 06-09-2004 11:45 PM

yes u have jim :P

do u think women talk too much in general?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-09-2004 11:48 PM

You do everythign too much, shopping, talking, speaking on the phone, getting ready.... it's kinda like a disability. tragic really :P

V anythign men do too much of? Try and keep it clean

Veloz 06-09-2004 11:52 PM

heeeey not all of us r like that :?

control, get jealous and yes..fart (or burp) ...unavoidable, sorry

what do women do too little of in ur opinion?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 12:00 AM

use their mouths for things other than talking or eating.

V and guys?

Veloz 06-10-2004 12:05 AM

i wonder what jim means... ...
i repeat jim, not all women r alike

be attentive and mind the little things..most men think big gestures r the way to go and neglect they everyday stuff :?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 12:07 AM

yes but it's not what i want to hear :P

V what do you think of guys n bands?

Veloz 06-10-2004 12:11 AM

u told me to keep it clean jim..blame urself :P

in general? hmm i´d say they´re artistic sensitive fellas who can be very sexy ;)

what do u think of women in bands? :P

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 12:36 AM

bass players: hot

Guitarists or drummers: usually shite posers

Singers: usually shite too. ive come across 2 female singers in 5 years of gigging who were actually decent enough to perform in a band and 1 of them happens to be in my band.

keyboard players: geeky just like male keys players 8) dave bryan and elton john r pretty much the only 2 people I can think of that can pull of looking cool and rockign out on the keys.

V do the same list for guys in bands b instrument and your opinion.

spunkywho 06-10-2004 12:42 AM

NO!!!! Guitarists usually have too much ego and come on way too strongly. Drummers :D well, you know  Drummers seem to really really work hard PLUS they have tools PLUS they are usually shy PLUS you feel the drums in your tummy - very sexy!!!!

same answer as to guitarists. Too into themselves - usually. But good for the occasional fun thing.

yes definitely!! Though both are still geeky.

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 12:46 AM

Yes despicable!!!

Too many bands and their members are crap - true?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 01:09 AM

yeah out of 5 years of gigging and seeing tonnes of unsigned bands. you're lucky if there's been over 20 I've actually liked and thought they should be playign and less than a handful i would actually go and see again.

I don't have a problem telling people their band is shit when it is though.

V are me, my brother and my mate out of order not letting any bands have a guest list for this big festival we're running? (bearing in mind 40 bands wanting 2 people means 80x£6 we're losing out)

spunkywho 06-10-2004 01:19 AM

yes - most likely the two people they invite wouldn't show otherwise. So, there is no guarantee that you would actually make any money otherwise. On the other hand, the two people that come because it is free might persuade a few more friends to tag along - friends that will pay for tickets. Plus, what is mouth proganda worth to you? Free passes will mean people will tell people about the festival. 2 free passes per band is quite too little isn't it? Who gets to choose whose friend will come? Bizarre.

Sometimes you have to give a little to get a little.

How long do the bands play? 40 bands is quite a lot - long day, huh?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 01:27 AM

bands get 25 minutes each. its running from 12 noon till midnight with 2 stages 20 on each.

thing that annoys me is that it's one of the top 3 venues in Glasgow that an unsigned band can play, it's only costing them 20 quid to play which they can recoup if they bring enough people whereas usually theyll have to recoup 100 quid, and we're still getting guys being cheap asses.

we need our driver and sound engineer in for free. We've paid for a sound engineer for the whole day and they're not going to let some monkey whop knows how to work a 4 track near a desk worth 20 grand anyways and if the guys driving you down from whatever ****ing cave you live in, isn't splitting 6 quid for his ticket between the band a small price to pay for it?

It's shit like that that put me off the business side of music as a career. too many fannies and I've got too little a temper.

V grrrrrrrrrr?

spunkywho 06-10-2004 02:14 AM

chill!

do you like tomato juice?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 02:26 AM

nah

V you?

spunkywho 06-10-2004 02:36 AM

yes - even without vodka

any kind of vegetable juice that is

best way to loose weight?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 02:43 AM

exercise and eat properly. watch the calorie intake.

diets that make you lose the weight are very hard to keep the weight off since it really has to be a full lifestyle change.

V why do americans spell LOSE wrong? trousers can be loose, and you can lose a pair of trousers.

spunkywho 06-10-2004 02:54 AM

it may not be Americans that spell it wrong, but people who are not English native speakers. Thanks for the lesson.

do you watch your carb intake?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-10-2004 03:00 AM

I watch how many I burn off at the gym. I usually burn off over 500-1000 in a session so even if I have an average intake, Ill still be well under and should lose a little weight y know.

I try to avoid stuff with alot of sugar and drink diet drinks whenever I can.

Might start a food diary but Ive hardly been eating anything recently which is cool because it means I havent been eatign crap for the sake of it so I dont really need one.

V do you?

spunkywho 06-10-2004 03:09 AM

I am now.

I never used to, but losing (sp?) weight isn't as easy as it used to be. Plus, I am a carbaholic - I could practically live off pizza and pasta. So, I've decided to only have carbs at dinner and try to keep the amount very low (which cramps my style in terms of beer). If I don't work out I gain weight immediately and it is pretty much impossible to lose any. So, I'll have to start 60 min cardio daily again if I want to see results anytime soon. I don't have a treadmill and me idiot didn't continue my gym membership (thought I'd run instead), so I have to use the stationary bike at home in the meantime. :?

Do you ever work out at home?
