nah junk emails are.

No we don't stick flyerson car windscreens we basically go around pubs and clubs and the streets looking for people who look like they'd dig the gig and have a little chat with them and tell them what it's all about and stuff.

Much more personal than the wankers who stand around on corners giving you leaflets for club nights and stuff.

V If you bump into a car but cause no damage to it, is it ok to drive away?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:24 AM

depends on how hard you hit it. If you hit it semi-hard at the trunk you might not see any damage, but internally there might be some 'bendage' to the point of not being able to open the trunk.

otherwise, no big deal.

Somebody bumped into me at a traffic light and I didn't bother getting out of the car - I was certain there was no damage.

Ever had a car accident that was your fault?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 03:25 AM

*cough* that was my 3rd tonight but with the exception of a bus which was sitting too far out that i caused a little 3 inch scratch on, the other 2 i've not done any damage.

V should I get another beer?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:27 AM

if you're done driving.

ever heard of drivers ed?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 03:31 AM

eh is that a mad american thing you get sent to if you get caught drink driving?

V am i right?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:35 AM

I think so. But I'd suspect it would help people that hit three cars in one evening also :P

ever been to one?

allmike 06-11-2004 03:39 AM

not really.

V So do like to sleep late?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:41 AM

I fantasize about sleeping in, but I haven't done it in at least 10 years.

I am always up early and I like to go to bed fairly early too. Mornings are great.

You?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 03:41 AM

yeah ive been getting up around 11-noon lately. my brother used to sleep a disgusting amount and my mum thought he had menangitis at one point because he lay in his bed till 8 at night one day not cos he wasnt well but just sheer bone idle.

V longest youve ever slept?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:48 AM

like sleep sleep? not just lazing around in bed?

I think about 14 hours or so after an overseas planetrip followed by excessive partying which translated into no sleep for at least 48 hours.

you?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 03:52 AM

dunno probably close to 15 hours.

i dont actually sleep too much really.

V how much sleep do you need each night?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 03:54 AM

at least 9 hours - I can do with less, but will get crabby when sleepdeprived.

I wish I was one of those people that can get by on 4 or 5 hours like my boss. Just imagine all the things you could do.

Can you sleep anywhere?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 03:55 AM

can i sleep anywhere? yes can i sleep comfortably? no

ended up arguing with an air hostess on my way home from spain last year cos i took ages to get to sleep then they woke me up to announce that my mush in a box that was supposed to be breakfast was ready. cheers.

V most scummy profession?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 04:00 AM

car salesmen

hate them

what do you think?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 04:04 AM

lawyers. defence lawyers to be specific. To actually make a living trying to get murderers, rapists and general scum of the Earth of the hook is despicable.

V most noble profession/

spunkywho 06-11-2004 04:06 AM

accountants

if you could be anything - regardless of money and time spent in college, what would you be?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 04:08 AM

a musician. contrary to popular belief. it's hard and stressful but as soon as you get up onstage or someone recognises you from a gig or says they like one of your songs, it really does make it all worth it as cliched as it sounds.

V longest you've ever managed to make a "session" last?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 04:12 AM

but wouldn't all those stupid demands on your image and the cling ons get really really annoying over time?

by session do you mean an act or the entire play? As for the act, I have no idea - if I'd take time it clearly wouldn't be any good. As for the entire play - I've spent a weekend in bed.

you?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 04:17 AM

the actual act: close to 5 hours. wasn't anywhere near as good as it sounds. something just wasnt for working and she got ALOT LOT LOT more pleasure out of it than I did. though to give her credit, she did come up with an ingenious was to resolve the situation.

this wasnt Ash btw

the full scale of things.... again a weekend. a long good weekend at that 8)

V impressed?

spunkywho 06-11-2004 04:19 AM

don't buy the 5 hours.

I'd kick you out if it took that long. Got things to do you know.

do you like to exaggerate?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 04:27 AM

as i said, she got alot more out of it than I did. by the end of it i was close to passing out with exhaustion and she was really sore as can be imagined. for some reason or other I just was not for finishing with intercourse no matter how hard I tried.

I swear to God, on mine and my mothers life that, that actually happened.

V believe me now?

Neurotica80 06-11-2004 05:16 PM

Of course...

Who was the last person you thought about??

Jim Bon Jovi 06-11-2004 05:24 PM

Neurotica80 06-11-2004 11:37 PM

What about a man who you knew was bisexual??

spunkywho 06-12-2004 12:05 AM

if he was really hot  - I don't think I'd care, or at least that is what I would like to believe.

You?

Neurotica80 06-12-2004 12:10 AM

Well technically it shouldnt matter, doesnt mean hed be any more likely to cheat on you than a straight guy, but like you say, depends how nice he was

Had a good week??

spunkywho 06-12-2004 12:13 AM

yeah, for the most part.

looking forward to the weekend?

Tashjbj 06-12-2004 12:37 AM

spunkywho 06-12-2004 12:39 AM

reincarnationofjonspants 06-12-2004 08:29 AM

Maybe of those burly men standing on the corner, but not from you. ;)

V Are you going to take pictures in London - if so, are you going to post them somewhere where everyone can see? :D
(If you're not going to London - join the club - what are you overall plans for the summer?)

allmike 06-12-2004 10:10 AM

I'm not going to London :( . And there is no plan for summer, i don't even get leave on summer coz summer is 'The season' for us. But if i'm lucky i probably go to india for a month in august.

V Why other country look good?

spunkywho 06-14-2004 07:50 PM

because it seems adventerous and interesting - usually we know our own country so a change is always good.

your favorite country?

Jim Bon Jovi 06-14-2004 07:57 PM

Besides the UK, Norway is the coolest place ive seen so ill go uk norway and the US.

V do you eat alot of microwave food?

reincarnationofjonspants 06-14-2004 08:10 PM

Do you mean like leftovers? Funny thing about that - I use to hate leftovers, I refused to eat any at all. It just seemed that the food didnt have the taste -- but now, I love leftovers, it's all i eat for lunch now. Surprisngly, I think this started when I started working. If you mean just by putting things in the 'wave and eating them - i use to, but now I rather have leftovers. Nothing beats a day old homemade meal.

V What's your favourite reciepe?
