Do you believe in destiny/fate?

The irony of me answering this :p and to go along with that that my answer is no, because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my life. Plus fate/destiny suggests some higher power, something which I don't believe in.

If you do believe in such things doesn't it piss you off that everything you do is planned? Meaning that everything you do is already set and thus you have no choice in what you do?

No because I believe that predeterminism and free will can be reconciled.

What's the last thing you bought?

A new dress and slingback pumps for a job interview.

When you have to be somewhere are you always late, early, or right on time?

Usually early.

Do you have any pets?

I don't have any pets.

Do you prefer Pepsi or Coke?

I don't like either, but find Pepsi less disgusting than Coke.

What's the sickest you've ever been?

going into hospital thinking i had food poisoning and having certain major organs removed a few months back. i dont even like saying it because i think it makes me sound like a drama queen but if my mum hadnt dragged me to the hospital i would probably be pan bread by now which is a scary thought.

do you dance in pubs or clubs?

If I've had a few drinks, yes.

Do you beleive in the XXY syndrome?

I hadn't heard of it, just looked it up and it seems to be a real condition and not something I could choose to believe in or not :?

What do you understand it to be?

As far i can understand its an extra cromazone (sp) that affects the persons abilty to think as we would .Not giving them the understanding of right and wrong and the value of life.


How many books a year do you read?

I haven't read a lot lately, this year anyway. Last year I read all of Dan Browns books in the space of a couple of days, but otherwise I haven't really read much at all.


What do you think of genetic engineering?

I think its a good idea especialy if it helps us

I'm still thinking about getting one.

Just based on pain it would probably hurt less on your upper arm than on the back of your shoulder so I'd vote for that.

Do you sing in the car while driving around?

Uhm... yes I do, radio loud and sing sing along... People must think i am crazy (well I am really!)

If you would win the Lotto, what would you spend the money on?

I'd tithe 10%; put 20% in the bank; then, depending on how big the total was, make sure my mother could retire, build a house, get my Ph.D., and go see lots of concerts!

What would you do?

Buy a cool house. No, I'd let someone build me a house. And I'd buy Stut that tattoo :)

Any big plans for the weekend?

Ooh LOVE that song! My big plans include working tommorow, possibly going to a purse party, writing a paper, going to church, and celebrating Father's Day. Nothing too exciting there.

Unless I'm going out, not really. Mascara is a daily thing though.

Baking or stovetop. I don't like to fry and I refuse to man a grill.

Do you have a George Foreman "Lean Mean Grilling Machine"?

No we got a cheap version for £7 :) from Tescos. Rarely use now .

Last DVD you bought?

Sleeping With The Enemy (for my Dad for Fathers Day) I think the last one I bought myself was the Jim Henson show Dinosaurs (which has yet to be dispatched)


What is your favourite TV show of recent years?

This year I enjoyed American Idol and House, the first season I've watched either. In the past ten years or so, Frasier was my favorite. I'm still enjoying the Simpsons and it's longevity.

What TV shows do you own on DVD?

I have Fawlty Towers, Taken, Little Britain (series 1) and the first 7 seasons of Frasier (with season 8 on pre-order)


Roughly how many DVD's do you own?

The original drive in when I got it was 40gb but I since added a 200gb drive, and soon a 300gb one aswell I think
