Sure, why not? Fatty acids have been researched a lot and have been proven to contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Companies in the food sector are more and more buying ingredients with the fatty acid profile (FAP) specified and in some cases, they buy because of high values in that FAP.

Yes i think so .

No, I don't. I try to eat as healthy as possible, which means I vary in my choices of food and eat vegetables and fruits. I do feel that's enough.

no but i do try to eat healthy and drink plenty of water :)

If I'm out a lot of the day I don't tend to drink as much, but on average I suppose maybe 2 or 3 litres a day.

which metal band do you like the most?

I have no idea as of yet - I'm still on my metal quest. But there are some Finnish bands I really like (Sentenced, Children of Bodom) and Aggelos has uploaded me a lot of songs which I still need to go through (I'm half way through now, I think). I'm currently listening to Immortal and that kicks ass!
